Almost everyone has is connected using social media. Most people have Facebook, LinkedIn or MySpace pages. But does this mean employers have the right to read their employees' posts? Legally, the answer is, "maybe."
Employees think they have a right to privacy, protected by the First Amendment. However, this doesn't protect employees from their employers.
